LV DISTRIBUTION PANEL

(LOW VOLTAGE) LV DISTRIBUTION PANEL

The LV Distribution Panel are the main distribution boards of electrical energy in factories, workshops and workplaces.

In the transformer based plants, the low voltage output of the transformer is connected directly to the LV Main Distribution Panel , where energy is distributed to secondary panels.

In the Pole type transformer based plants, the electrical energy from the measuring panel is entered into the LV main distribution board, from there to the secondary distribution panels.

In the workplace without transformer, the energy coming from the main pole, entered to the LV main distribution panel and the energy is distributed to the plant.

The main distribution panel and the energy of the plant can be controlled from a single board.

Installation is done with compensation panel in large facilities.

 

Main Distribution Panel Features

40x40x4 mm angle iron or similar profile iron is used for main distribution frame. The thickness of DKP sheet used in panels should be at least 2 mm.

If the switch and control element are to be installed on the panel plate, it is recommended to select the thickness of the sheet 3 mm.

The main distribution panels up to 1600 kVA are manufactured in accordance with TS 3367 and IEC 439 as standard.

The specifications of the main LV distribution panels according to the facility to be used.

In places such as water well pumps, they are installed externally (Outdoor) and together with the measuring board, distribution board and compensation panel.

In small plants, main distribution panel with electricity meter and compensation panel are included.

Since each plant needs are different, Every LV Panels are designed anew  , manufactured and assembled for the customers.
